A few years ago a friend of mine organized a weekly soccer baseball game. It was a good excuse to get out and have some fun while getting a bit of exercise (highlight of my soccer baseball career was falling while jumping over a chain link fence and tearing a big hole in the butt of my pants). That where where I first met Megan. She is a sweet, caring person who is quick to laugh and makes people feel comfortable easily. When I met Adam, I knew Megan had found a good match. He’s equally sweet and caring and is genuinely interested in everyone that he meets. I was really happy that they chose to have me for their wedding photographer and looked forward to their wedding all summer.
Even though the breeze was a bit chilly, it was a beautiful October day for a wedding. After the ceremony we made a couple stops. The first was at the hospital for a quick visit and some pictures with Megan’s grandfather who wasn’t able to make it to the wedding. Watching Megan’s grandfather see her come in with her wedding dress on was definitely one of the most touching moments I’ve had the privilege of photographing. Then we made a quick stop for a couple of pictures with their greyhounds before the rest of the pictures and the reception. It was such a great day and the perfect way for my 2015 wedding season to end. Congratulations again Megan and Adam!
